Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Wander Surf Company.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items (such as a different size or color), subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

International Orders

At this time, international orders are non-refundable and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
